This easy peach sorbet recipe is just 59 calories, and doesn't require an ice cream maker!
You can choose to leave the skins on, or take them off. And because you'll need frozen peaches, you can purchase peeled/sliced/frozen peaches from the store should you desire.
This easy sorbet recipe in a blender is wonderful and impressive, and has no added sugar.

Vegan Peaches and Cream Sorbet:

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to thin.
  • Pour mixture into a 9×9-inch glass or metal dish and freeze for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the freezer and scrape with a fork, then freeze for another hour.
  • Repeat twice: freeze for 2 more hours, scraping twice.
  • Transfer peach sorbet to a plastic container and store in the freezer for up to 1 month.

  1. I have not… we use fresh or frozen peaches to cut the added sugar. But I bet this would be great with puree.
