Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 5 peaches
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup zero calorie all-natural sweetener (see recipe card)

Meal Prep: This is the ideal meal prep dessert or snack. Make the recipe and store in the freezer for later.
Storage: Will hold in the freezer for 1 month.

Ingredients
Vegan Peaches and Cream Sorbet:
- 5 peaches sliced, and frozen
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk plus more as needed
- ½ cup zero calorie all-natural sweetener
Optional Add-Ins:
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to thin.
- Pour mixture into a 9×9-inch glass or metal dish and freeze for 1 hour.
- Remove from the freezer and scrape with a fork, then freeze for another hour.
- Repeat twice: freeze for 2 more hours, scraping twice.
- Transfer peach sorbet to a plastic container and store in the freezer for up to 1 month.

I have not… we use fresh or frozen peaches to cut the added sugar. But I bet this would be great with puree.
