Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce (or gluten free Tamari)
- ¼ cup water
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- Olive oil spray
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound lean steak
- 1 green onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Healthy Beef Teriyaki Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: Make the recipe as instructed, then add to individual meal prep containers along with any sides. Cover and store for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes.

Low Calorie Beef Teriyaki
Ingredients
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce or gluten free Tamari
- ¼ cup water
- 1 ½ tablespoon honey

- 2 bell peppers sliced into strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 pound lean steak sliced into strips
- 1 green onions sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- To a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and spray with olive oil.
- Add the bell peppers and broccoli to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until the veggies start to soften.
- To the veggies, add the steak and cook for 2-5 minutes until you've reached desired doneness.
- Pour in the sauce to the and continue to cook for an additional 1 minute until thickened.
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
