Olive oil spray

bell peppers
sliced into strips

broccoli florets

lean steak
sliced into strips

Instructions
To a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, water, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic and cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and spray with olive oil.
Add the bell peppers and broccoli to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until the veggies start to soften.
To the veggies, add the steak and cook for 2-5 minutes until you've reached desired doneness.
Pour in the sauce to the and continue to cook for an additional 1 minute until thickened.
Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
