These Low Calorie Cucumber Rolls are great appetizers or snacks. I like to serve them at holiday gatherings, everyone loves them!

I like to make them with Ham and Swiss cheese, but you can easily swap out the meat and or cheese. Below I have supplied you with 5 extra options for each.

How to Make Healthy Cucumber Appetizer Rolls

These no cook appetizers are so easy to make. I like to include my daughter and have her help. I make these for holidays, so I need all the help I can get.

If you are serving these at a party or gathering, I recommend getting fancy mini skewers or toothpicks. It makes all the difference in presentation.

Directions for Healthy Cucumber Ham and Cheese Rolls:

  1. In a small bowl combine the greek yogurt, dill, and garlic salt. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Cut the ends off the cucumbers, and thinly slice.
  3. Slice the ham and cheese slices into 12 strips (4 strips each slice).
  4. To Assemble: Place the cucumber slices on a clean workspace. Smear a little spiced greek yogurt over the top. Add a slice of ham, and then a slice of cheese. Finally roll up and secure with a toothpick. And repeat until you have 12 cucumber appetizer rolls.

Special Tip: You'll want to slice the cucumber very thin, otherwise you may have a hard time rolling them. If you've never done this before I recommend getting an extra cucumber just incase you mess up.
