Ingredients in Healthy Artichoke Spinach Dip

What makes this the best spinach artichoke dip, is the whole ingredients. I’ve been able to cut almost 300 calories, without skipping all the wonderful cheesy flavors.

Artichokes dip recipes all call for basically the same ingredients. However, this artichoke recipe step swaps out heavy cream cheese, for metabolism boosting Greek yogurt. This helps you cut hundreds of calories, without changing the flavor or texture.

I recommend getting sharp cheese for this easy artichoke spinach dip. Sharp cheese has more flavor, and therefore you don’t need to use so much. Thus saving you calories!
