  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅛ cup extra virgin olive oil

How to Make Apple Cider Vinaigrette in a JAR:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a medium to large jar.
  • Cover tightly and shake for 30-60 seconds.
  • Uncover, taste, add more salt or pepper as needed, and serve.
  • Will hold in the fridge for 4 days.

How to Make Apple Cider Vinaigrette in a BOWL:

  • Add the apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, broth, garlic clove, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Whisk together until the honey and mustard are dissolved.
  • While whisking, slowly pour the olive oil to the bowl.
  • Taste, add more salt or pepper as needed, and serve.
  • Move leftovers to a jar or lidded container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
