Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- Olive Oil Spray
Choose One Seasoning or Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon Homemade Ranch Seasoning or store-bought
- 1 tablespoon Homemade Taco Seasoning or store-bought
- ½ tablespoon Skinny Seasoning Salt or store-bought
- 2 tablespoons Hot Honey (or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons Low Calorie BBQ Sauce (or store-bought)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Trim the stem so that there is none sticking out on the bottom (but do not core the cauliflower head otherwise it won't hold together). Remove any leaves from cauliflower head.
- Spray the cauliflower all over with olive oil.
- Sprinkle all over with your desired seasoning (if using a sauce rub well into the cauliflower), then add the cauliflower to a 9×9 baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and roast for 30 minutes with the foil on.
- Remove the foil and continue to roast for an additional 45 minutes until golden brown and soft.
- Remove from oven and cool for 8-10 minutes before slicing and serving hot.
