Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for 2 weeks (it won’t freeze solid thanks to the booze).
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
- muddler
Ingredients
- ½ cup chopped watermelon
- 1 ounce vodka
- ½ ounce triple sec
- ½ ounce all natural zero calorie simple syrup
- Watermelon wedge optional garnish
Instructions
- Add the watermelon to a cocktail shaker and muddle until the watermelon releases its juice.
- Add the vodka, triple sec, and zero calorie all natural simple syrup to the cocktail shaker.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake until cold.
- Strain the watermelon martini into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a small watermelon wedge, and serve.
