Ingredients
- 2 slices low calorie bread (click here for options)
- 1 garlic clove whole
- ¼ cup low fat ricotta cheese
- 1 roma tomato sliced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil sliced
Instructions
- Toast the bread to your desired doneness.
- Remove from toaster and rub one side of both sliced of toast with the garlic clove.
- Top each with 1/8 cup of ricotta cheese.
- Lay the tomatoes over the top season with salt, pepper and basil.
- Serve immediately.
