  • Toast the bread to your desired doneness.
  • Remove from toaster and rub one side of both sliced of toast with the garlic clove.
  • Top each with 1/8 cup of ricotta cheese.
  • Lay the tomatoes over the top season with salt, pepper and basil.
  • Serve immediately.
