This Low Calorie Italian Dressing is just 10 calories per tablespoon, it has no oil, is low carb and low sugar and is wonderful on salads and in marinates.
As I note in the recipe card, you can add oil to this if you’re using it in a marinade. But I like to make it without the oil to save more calories.


I make this in a jar, it’s my favorite way to make low calorie salad dressings. All you need to do is close/cover the jar and shake. Then you can store it in the same jar you make it in.

I like to add a bit of “heat” in this recipe, so I add a tiny bit of red pepper flakes. But they are optional. So choose that works best for you.

This healthy salad dressing recipe holds for 5-6 days in the fridge, and as I noted above making it in a jar makes storage extra easy!
And because there is no oil in the recipe you won’t need to worry about it separating as much as a traditional salad dressing. The herbs will settle to the bottom though.
