Healthy Yogurt Parfait Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can make this healthy recipe ahead of time and chill in the fridge for later. Combine all the ingredients in a storage container, mix well and cover. Then place in the fridge for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days, does not hold well in the freezer.

Ingredients
Mixed Berry Parfait Cups:
- ½ cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons low calorie honey substitute
- ¼ cup Homemade Granola
- ¼ cup mixed berries
Tropical Coconut Mango Parfait Cups:
- ½ cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons low calorie honey substitute
- ¼ cup Homemade Coconut Granola
- ¼ cup diced mango
Cherry (PB&J) Parfait Cups:
- ½ cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons low calorie honey substitute
- ¼ cup Homemade Peanut Butter Granola
- ¼ cup cherries pitted
Kiwi Banana Parfait Cups:
- ½ cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons low calorie honey substitute
- ¼ cup Homemade Coconut Granola
- ½ kiwi diced
- ½ banana diced
Apple Pie Parfait Cups:
- ½ cup 0% Greek Yogurt
- 1-2 teaspoons low calorie honey substitute
- ¼ cup Homemade Granola
- ¼ cup Homemade Crockpot Apples
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the Greek yogurt and the honey. Mix well.
- To a jar or bowl add 1/4 cup sweetened Greek Yogurt, then add in the granola, next add in the fruit, and top with remaining yogurt.
- Close the snack jars up and store in the fridge for 2-4 days. Best when served within 24 hours (otherwise the granola can get a bit soggy).
