Healthy Sweet Potato Appetizer Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep – Bake the sweet potatoes as directed, and at this point you can chill them. You can also top them with marshmallows and pecans too (and if you do it when they are still warm, they will stick better). Then just broil before serving.

Leftover Freezer Storage – Add leftovers to an airtight container.
Leftover Refrigerator Storage – Will hold for 5 days in the fridge.
Reheat – Place individual pieces to a baking sheet and bake at 250 degrees until hot.

I like to use homemade marshmallows, but you can absolutely use store bought. Just try to get the really big ones so you can slice them easier.
Special Tip: Slicing marshmallows can be sticky, so don't feel like they all have to be perfect. Upi can use kitchen scissors to make it a bit easier.
