This Low Calorie Natures Cereal is amazing and great for weight loss. I took the TikTok sensation and reworked it to help boost weight loss. By adding in more ingredients with vitamin C (which naturally boosts metabolism) you have a delicious breakfast that is all-natural and naturally speeds up your metabolism. Special Tip: Feel free to get creative and toss a couple strawberries or blueberries into the blender with the coconut water, they also boost metabolism.

- 1 orange
- 6 ounces pure coconut water
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup strawberries halved
- ¼ cup ice cubes optional
Instructions
- Peel an orange and add 1/2 of the segments to a blender, and the other 1/2 to a bowl.
- Add the coconut water to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries to the bowl with the orange segments.
- Pour over the coconut water, and add ice cubes.
- Serve cold.
