Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee (or 2 shots espresso)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (plus more for garnish)
  • 3 tablespoons Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons Zero Calorie All-Natural Sweetener (see recipe card for more options)
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk whipped cream (optional)

Healthy Iced Pumpkin Latte Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can meal prep these so easily! Make the full drink ad instructed (skip the ice) add each serving into a jar (it’s ok if there is room left) and store in the fridge for later. 
Storage: Will hold for 6 days in the fridge. 
Serving: Add ice to the jar and enjoy.

These Low Calorie Ice Pumpkin Lattes are just 36 calories! They are also low carb and low in sugar, and taste better than popular coffeehouse versions.
I use REAL PUMPKIN in these lattes, this boost both the flavor and the nutrition. But you can omit it if you like.
Special Tip: You can use your preferred milk and sugar. The ones chosen are the lowest in calories, but cows milk and regular sugar can be used if you prefer.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice plus more for garnish
  • 3 tablespoons Pure Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons Zero Calorie All-Natural Sweetener or coconut sugar, monk fruit, or raw sugar
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk whipped cream (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a 3 cup measuring cup (or a 3 cup jar) combine the hot coffee, milk, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, vanilla, and chosen sweetener.
  • Mix well with a spoon until all of the ingredients are incorporated.
  • Fill two glasses with ice and, and pour over the pumpkin latte.
  • Top with whipped cream (if using) and another sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice.
  • Serve cold.
