This Low Calorie Cranberry Sauce Parfaits recipe is the perfect use for leftover holiday cranberry sauce.
Though I did use my homemade low calorie cranberry sauce in this recipe, you can use whatever leftovers and even canned cranberries if you prefer.
Special Trip: Feel free to get store bought granola if you do not want to make your own. Though the calories will be higher with store-bought granola.

  • In a small bowl combine the Greek yogurt and the honey. Mix well.
  • To a jar or bowl add the granola, then the sweetened Greek Yogurt, and finally top with cranberry sauce.
  • Close the snack jars up and store in the fridge for 2-4 days. Best when served within 24 hours (otherwise the granola can get a bit soggy).
