- 1 banana
- 4 strawberries
- ⅛ cup Low Calorie Granola

Meal Prep and Storage of Healthy Banana Split Yogurt Bowls
Meal Prep: These make great meal prep breakfasts! I recommend making these the night before, but you can do it 3-4 days ahead of time. Simply make the recipe and store in an airtight container for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days. Not ideal for freezer storage.
Serving: Any leftovers can be served as before, or added to a blender with some frozen fruit to turn into a smoothie.

Low Calorie Banana Split Breakfast Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 cup 0% greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 banana halved lengthwise
- 4 strawberries halved
- ⅛ cup Low Calorie Granola I used the coconut one
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or your favorite nut/seed butter
Instructions
- Add the Greek Yogurt and protein powder to a bowl and mix well.
- Top with bananas, then top the bananas with the strawberries and granola.
- Drizzle over the peanut butter and serve.
