  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups oat flour flour
  • ⅓ cup All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar (or regular sugar)
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Special Tip: If you don't have oat flour, you can make your own. Just add old fashioned oatmeal to a food processor or high speed blender and pulse until you have a fine flour list substance.

Ingredients
 
 

  • Olive Oil Spray
  • ¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ cups oat flour flour
  • cup All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar or regular sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×9 pan or casserole dish with olive oil.
  • To a medium bowl, add the applesauce, water and vanilla extract. Mix together.
  • To a separate medium bowl, combine the oat flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix together.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Whisk together until just combined.
  • Scoop into the prepared pan, and smooth out the top.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • (Cool completely before adding toppings and slicing)
  • Slice into 6 squares (2 cuts each way) or see notes above for cutting the calories by cutting into 8 servings.
