Ingredients
- Olive Oil Spray
- ¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ cups oat flour flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×9 pan or casserole dish with olive oil.
- To a medium bowl, add the applesauce, water and vanilla extract. Mix together.
- To a separate medium bowl, combine the oat flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix together.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Whisk together until just combined.
- Scoop into the prepared pan, and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
