These Low Calorie Burgers are just 417 calories (including the bun!) and can be made on the grill, stovetop, in the oven or air fryer! Plus I have included lots of healthy burger toppings so you can “jazz” up your burgers anyway you like them!

Meal Prep: You can meal prep this healthy recipe easily. Simply assemble the burger patties, place parchment paper in-between the patties and freeze or refrigerate for later.

Ingredients
Low Calorie Burger Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

Low Calorie Burgers Recipe:
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- The Best Burger Seasoning (above)
- 1 Tablespoon Steak Sauce (I recommend A-1 Steak Sauce)
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- Desired Toppings (see article for the best burger toppings)
Instructions
How to grill hamburgers:
- Preheat your grill to 400 degrees, start this at least 10 minutes before you add the burgers for BBQ.
- Place the burgers patties directly onto the grill above the direct heat.
- Cook the hamburger patty on 1 side for at least 5 minutes, then turn the patty over and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Repeat this process for about 10-15 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
Burger oven directions:
- Make the hamburger patties, according to the directions above.
- Preheat your oven to 425°, and place a cooling rack onto a cookie sheet
- Once the oven is hot, bake your hamburgers in the oven for 15 minutes. Your burger temperature should be 155°F for medium, cook for an additional five minutes if you like your burgers well done.
Stove Top Burger Recipe Directions:
- Pre-heat a skillet or cast iron skillet over high heat.
- Add the burgers patties to the hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes for medium.
- Move to a plate to rest for 5 minutes, they will continue cooking while they rest.
How to make burgers in the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°.
- Place your burgers patties into the air fryer, and cook for four minutes each side for medium.
- Continue assembling your burger recipes and enjoy.

It’s high because you don’t close the grill. But you can grill for your desired time and just use the low calorie base if you like.
I like your ingredients for the burger Audrey, but BBQing at 400F for 20-25 minutes is an overkill. Thoughts?
