Ingredients

  • 1 28-ounce can of whole tomatoes
  • Ā½ onion peeled and quartered
  • 2 jalapeƱo peppers remove seeds and ribs for mild salsa
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Ā½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Pulse until the ingredients start to move well. Then blend on low until you reach your desired consistency.
