  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Preheat the grill to high heat, and lay the pineapple spears on a cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle the pineapple lightly with cinnamon and zero calorie all-natural brown sugar.
  • Spray the pineapple rings and or spears with olive oil.
  • Grill for about 3 minutes each side (spears may need 4-5 minutes each side) until they start to turn golden brown.
  • Serve hot, or chill and add to salsas, salads, or sandwiches.
