- ½ cup chopped cashews
- ½ cup unsweetened flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
Berry Granola (Add to Basic Granola Recipe Ingredients)
- ⅓ cup freeze dried strawberries (add after baking)
- ⅓ cup freeze dried raspberries (add after baking)
- ⅓ cup freeze dried blueberries (add after baking)
Vanilla Almond Granola (Add to Basic Granola Recipe Ingredients)
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Cinnamon Pecan Granola (Add to Basic Granola Recipe Ingredients)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- In a 9 x 9 casserole dish, combine all the granola ingredients, and mix well.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring twice, until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and leave uncovered on the countertop overnight to crisp up. Then store in a cool dry place for up to a week.
