Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

This healthy chocolate milk is easy and delicious, and thanks to my homemade (naturally sugar-free!) chocolate sauce, this recipe is also low calorie and 100% all-natural!
If you choose to use store-bought chocolate sauce it may change the calories, and I just have to say it… This homemade chocolate sauce is so much better than storebought!
Special Tip: Though this low calorie chocolate milk uses almond milk, you can absolutely use any milk you like. Almond milk is just the lowest calorie, and almost already has a cocoa flavor making it perfect for this recipe.
