Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Olive oil spray
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 1 jalapeño

Meal Prep: You can meal prep 2 ways. You can cook the healthy recipe completely then store for later, or add the ingredients to a bag, mix and add to the freezer for later.

Instructions
 

  • In a gallon freezer bag combine the cayenne, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and lime juice. Mix well then add in the sliced chicken and mix again.
  • Place the bag in the fridge to marinate for 1 to 12 hours.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with olive oil and add in the bell peppers, onions and jalapeño. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, mixing once.
  • Push the veggies to the sides and add in the chicken and marinade. Cook for 10 minutes flipping the chicken once.
  • Mix the veggies and chicken together and cook until the onions and bell pepper are soft and the chicken is cooked through, about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings, over corn or flour tortillas.
