- 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener (see recipe card)
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup blueberries
- 8 lemons
- 1 lemon sliced (optional- for garnish)
- ¼ cup blueberries (optional- for garnish)

Healthy Blueberry Lemonade Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep by making the drink and skipping the ice. Add to a pitcher or jars and cover, chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
Storage: Will hold for 5 days in the fridge.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Low Calorie Blueberry Lemonade
Equipment
- Juicer

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener
- 8 cups water divided
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1 ½ cups lemon juice about 8 lemons
- 1 lemon sliced (optional- for garnish)
- ¼ cup blueberries (optional- for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine all-natural zero calorie sweetener, blueberries and 1 cup of water.
- Bring to boil and stir to dissolve all-natural zero calorie sweetener. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Add the blueberry syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine mesh strainer, and discard seeds and thick pulp.
- Squeeze all the lemons, and strain out any seeds and most of the pulp.
- In a large pitcher, stir together chilled blueberry syrup, fresh lemon juice and remaining 7 cups of water.
- To serve: Fill a large glass with ice, pour homemade blueberry lemonade over the ice and garnish with a lemon slice and a few blueberries.
