BBQ Grilled Shrimp Skewers:

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Marinade (choose one below)
  • Olive Oil Spray

  • ½ teaspoon dill
  • ½ teaspoon parsley
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions
 

  • In a gallon freezer bag, combine your chosen marinade, salt, pepper, and shrimp.
  • Toss together to coat the shrimp with the marinade.
  • Marinate for 10 minutes to 1 hour maximum.
  • Heat a grill over medium high heat.
  • Thread the shrimp onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water first to avoid burning). Then spray with olive oil.
  • Add the skewers to the preheated grill, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
