Meal Prep: These are great for meal prep! I recommend making them for dinner, and making extras for the week. Add the leftovers to salads, soups, wraps and sandwiches. Or enjoy again for dinner later in the week.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes, or in a hot oven (300-400 degrees) until warmed through, about 20 minutes.

Equipment
- Skewers (if wooden, soak in water for 1 hour before use)
Ingredients
BBQ Grilled Shrimp Skewers:
- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Marinade (choose one below)
- Olive Oil Spray
Sriracha Lime Grilled Shrimp Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons water
Seasoning for Grilled Shrimp Tacos:
- 1 tablespoon Homemade Taco Seasoning
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons water
Teriyaki Marinade for Grilled Shrimp:
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce or gluten free Tamari
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- ½ teaspoons ginger powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons water
Shrimp Scampi Grilled Shrimp Marinade:
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ⅛ cup white wine
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Greek Marinade for Grilled Shrimp:
- ½ teaspoon dill
- ½ teaspoon parsley
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a gallon freezer bag, combine your chosen marinade, salt, pepper, and shrimp.
- Toss together to coat the shrimp with the marinade.
- Marinate for 10 minutes to 1 hour maximum.
- Heat a grill over medium high heat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water first to avoid burning). Then spray with olive oil.
- Add the skewers to the preheated grill, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
