- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 lemon cut into quarters
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 pounds chicken drumsticks

Healthy Chicken Drumsticks Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep 2 ways. You can cook the healthy recipe completely then store for later, or add the chicken and the prepared marinade to a bag, mix and add to the fridge or freezer for later (then follow directions to cook).
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes, or in a 350 degree oven until warmed through (about 20 minutes)

Low Calorie Chicken Drumsticks
Ingredients
- Olive oil spray
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 lemon cut into quarters
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 pounds chicken drumsticks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to a gallon freezer bag. Close and shake to mix together.
- Add the chicken to the bag, close and shake to cover the chicken in spices. (At this point you can marinate for up to 24 hours if you like)
- Arrange chicken on the baking sheet, squeeze one lemon wedge over them. Add the remaining lemon wedges and the rosemary to the sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops of the chicken with olive oil.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees. Remove the lemon wedges and rosemary, and serve immediately.
