This Low Calorie Air Fried Zucchini Chips is easy, healthy, and comes with 3 low calorie dips! These zucchini chips make a great side dish, snack, or appetizer.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 zucchini
- ¼ cup panko bread crumbs (or gluten-free Panko breadcrumbs)
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- Olive oil spray

Healthy Air Fried Zucchini Chips Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: This recipe can be made ahead of time and then cooled. Then place in an airtight freezer bag or container for later.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 6 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Add to an oven at 350 degrees until cooked through.

Low Calorie Air Fried Zucchini Chips
Equipment
- Air fryer
Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 zucchini cut into 1/2 inch rings
- ¼ cup panko bread crumbs (or gluten-free Panko breadcrumbs)
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- Olive oil spray
Healthy Zucchini Bite Dips:
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°.
- To a large bowl whisk the egg whites and water together. Add in the zucchini rings and toss until well coated.
- Let the zucchini sit while you combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic salt and pepper in another large bowl.
- Add the egg white soaked zucchini bites to the breadcrumb mixture, and toss together until well coated.
- Place the zucchini rings in the preheated air fryer (working in batches as needed).
- Spray the zucchini bites with olive oil.
- Cook for 8 minutes, flip, spray with olive oil, and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
- Serve hot with one of the low calorie zucchini dips above.
