This Low Calorie Weight Loss Tea Recipe is just 5 calories and burns fat fast! Plus you can make it hot, or cold, and it only requires 3 ingredients! The best time to drink this weight los green tea is on an empty stomach. So I recommend having it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, then again before lunch, and before dinner.
