- 8 cups water
- 1 cup cubed watermelon
- 1 ½ cups lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
- 1 lemon sliced optional- for garnish optional-

Healthy Watermelon Lemonade Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Low Calorie Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-natural zero calorie sweetener (or regular sugar)
- 8 cups water divided
- 1 cup cubed watermelon seedless
- 1 ½ cups lemon juice (about 8 lemons)
- 1 lemon sliced optional optional- for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine all-natural zero calorie sweetener, watermelon and 1 cup of water.
- Bring to boil and stir to dissolve all-natural zero calorie sweetener. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Add the watermelon syrup to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon mixture through a fine mesh strainer, and discard the pulp.
- Squeeze all the lemons, and strain out any seeds and most of the pulp.
- In a large pitcher, stir together chilled watermelon syrup, fresh lemon juice and remaining 7 cups of water.
- To serve: Fill a large glass with ice, pour homemade watermelon lemonade over the ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
