Ingredients
- 2 slices rustic sourdough bread
- 1 avocado
- ½ teaspoon chopped dill
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- Lemon wedges optional
Instructions
- Toast the bread until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, add the avocado, dill, salt, pepper and lemon juice to a bowl. Mash with the back of a fork.
- When the toast is done, move to a plate and rub one side with the garlic clove.
- Top each slice of bread with the mashed avocado, and top the guacamole with 2 pieces of smoked salmon.
- Cut each piece of toast in half, and serve with lemon wedges.
