These Low Calorie Sautéed Mushrooms are just 16 calories per 1/4 cup, and they are super easy and yummy!You can use any mushrooms you like, even portobello mushrooms. - 2 garlic cloves minced

- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat, spray with olive oil.
- Add in the mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
- Sauté for 10 minutes, add in the garlic and thyme and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
