Meal Prep: You can make these ahead time, cool and drain off any extra liquid. Then add to meal prep containers.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days.
Reheating: Add to a 350 degree oven in a baking dish, cook until hot 10-20 minutes. Or add to the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients
 
 

10 Optional Portobello Pizza Toppings:

  • Pepperoni
  • Cooked and crumbled Italian Sausage
  • Canadian bacon
  • Chopped onions
  • Diced bell peppers
  • Sliced olives
  • Diced pineapple
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Italian seasoning
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees, and spray a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Place the mushrooms cut side down on the baking sheet and spray with olive oil.
  • Flip over so the mushrooms are cut side up and add the pizza sauce to the wells, and top with mozzarella cheese and then desired toppings.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until the mushrooms soften and the cheese melts.
  • Serve hot.
