  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon Steak Sauce
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar, swiss, pepper jack) (optional)
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Burger Seasoning:

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Oven Burgers Recipe:

  • 2 pounds lean ground beef
  • The Best Burger Seasoning above
  • 1 tablespoon Steak Sauce
  • 4 slices cheese (cheddar, swiss, pepper jack) (optional)
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Burger Toppings:

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°, and place a cooling rack onto a cookie sheet
  • To a large metal bowl, combine the beef, burger seasoning, and steak sauce.
  • Mix together until just combined – don't over mix.
  • Divide the meat into 4 portions and form 4 patties. Add a deep dimple to the center of each one.
  • Bake the hamburgers in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Flip, add the cheese (if using) and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Your burger temperature should be 155°F for medium, cook for an additional five minutes if you like your burgers well done.
  • Remove from the oven, place on a hamburger bun and add your favorite toppings.
