Burger Seasoning:
- 1 tablespoon paprika

Oven Burgers Recipe:
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- The Best Burger Seasoning above
- 1 tablespoon Steak Sauce
- 4 slices cheese (cheddar, swiss, pepper jack) (optional)
- 4 Hamburger Buns
Burger Toppings:
- Romaine Lettuce (optional)
- Tomatoes (optional)
- Red Onions (optional)
- Pickles (optional)
- Avocado (optional)
- Ketchup (optional)
- Mustard (optional)
- Low Calorie Sautéed Mushrooms optional
- Low Calorie Secret Sauce for Burgers optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°, and place a cooling rack onto a cookie sheet
- To a large metal bowl, combine the beef, burger seasoning, and steak sauce.
- Mix together until just combined – don't over mix.
- Divide the meat into 4 portions and form 4 patties. Add a deep dimple to the center of each one.
- Bake the hamburgers in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Flip, add the cheese (if using) and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Your burger temperature should be 155°F for medium, cook for an additional five minutes if you like your burgers well done.
- Remove from the oven, place on a hamburger bun and add your favorite toppings.
