  • 3 ounces light rum
  • 6 mint sprigs
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons all natural zero calorie simple syrup
  • Club soda
  • 2 slices lime

Healthy Mojitos Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Instructions
 

  • Muddle simple syrup and 4 mint sprigs in a cocktail shaker.
  • Add the rum and lime juice, and fill the shaker with ice.
  • Cover, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  • Strain cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Top off with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
