How to Make Mojitos Recipe

How to Make Mojitos:
- Muddle simple syrup and 4 mint sprigs in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the rum and lime juice, and fill the shaker with ice.
- Cover, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Strain cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top off with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.

Equipment
- Cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 3 ounces light rum
- 6 mint sprigs
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons all natural zero calorie simple syrup
- Club soda
- 2 slices lime
Instructions
- Muddle simple syrup and 4 mint sprigs in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the rum and lime juice, and fill the shaker with ice.
- Cover, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Strain cocktail into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top off with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime.
