  • 1 cup water
  • 1 earl grey tea tea bag
  • ½ teaspoon dried lavender
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon zero calorie all natural sweetener or sugar (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

London Fog Latte:

  • Heat water until just before boiling. You can do this in the microwave, on the stove top or in a kettle.
  • Steep earl grey tea and lavender in the hot water for 3 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, steam the almond milk. You can do this in the microwave, on the stove top or in a steamer.
  • Remove tea bag and strain out the lavender.
  • Add the tea, sweetener (optional) and vanilla to a mug, mix to dissolve. Top with steamed milk and serve hot

Iced London Fog Latte:

  • Heat water until just before boiling. You can do this in the microwave, on the stove top or in a kettle.
  • Steep earl grey tea and lavender in the hot water until the water has cooled to room temperature.
  • Remove tea bag and strain out the lavender. Add in the sweetener (optional) and vanilla and mix together to dissolve.
  • Pour the tea into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with almond milk, and add more ice as needed. Serve cold.
