How to Make Healthy No Bake Cookies
This recipe for no bake cookies peanut butter is quick and easy. Healthy no bake cookie recipes are a great way to make treats on a hot day, or to work on a recipe with kids.

How to Make Skinny No Bake Cookies:
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- To a medium saucepan combine coconut oil, peanut butter, zero calorie sweetener and cocoa. Heat over medium heat, and cook stirring often, until melted.
- Remove from heat, and add in vanilla, oats, and salt, and mix together until well combined.
- Scoop 18 cookies, dropping onto the prepared cookie sheets as you work.
- Cool at room temperature until set, about 15 minutes, then move to the fridge for an additional 15 minutes.
