This Low Calorie Oatmeal Raisin Cookies is just 45 calories per cookie, and they taste just like the soft oatmeal raisin cookies you get from a bakery! I know what you’re thinking, aren’t oatmeal raisin cookies already healthy? Sadly, no. Most oatmeal raisin cookie recipes are packed full of sugar and butter. But I was able to cut most of the sugar and butter out of the recipe thanks to my secret ingredient, apple sauce!

- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
