Question: What is the difference between a whole clove of garlic and a whole head of garlic?
Answer: A “clove” of garlic is a small singular piece, and the “head” has many cloves inside it. If you are purchasing fresh garlic is almost always will come in a whole head. And is about the size of a small fist, where a clove is the side of an almond.
