Avocado puddings are quick and easy to make, just 5 minutes to be exact. They do require some chilling time however, so be sure to give yourself about an hour for it to set in the fridge.

Thanks to my favorite all-natural zero calorie sweetener, I was able to cut calories and sugar from this recipe for avocado pudding.
However, you can use any sugar you like, including honey, agave, and maple syrup to make this avocado chocolate pudding recipe.

- Large avocados
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Zero calorie all-natural brown sugar (see recipe card below)

As I noted above, you can easily make this healthy pudding recipe a meal prep snack or dessert.
Simply use small meal prep containers (1/2-1 cup sized) or mini jars to store your individual portions of healthy pudding, and you’ll be all set.

- Add all the ingredients to a food processor or a blender, pulse to get things moving, then blend until smooth.
