  • 2 large avocados 
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup zero calorie all-natural brown sugar (see recipe card)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

I was able to cut calories and sugar with the help of all-natural zero calorie brown sugar, But you can use any sugar you like. Or maple syrup, agave, or honey. All will work in this healthy recipe.
Special Tip: I like to package therein individual containers, this makes a great meal prep snack, and also stoops us from having 2 servings at once.

  • 2 large avocados peeled, pitted, and cubed
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup zero calorie all-natural brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor or a blender, pulse to get things moving, then blend until smooth.
  • Transfer avocado pudding to 4 individual serving containers (or one large one).
  • Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, until chilled.
