Meal Prep: You can meal prep this by cutting and seasoning the fruit ahead of time. Then adding to the grill just before serving. You can also cook them completely and store for later in the fridge for a cold grilled snack.

Ingredients
- 4 lb seedless watermelon cut into triangles (see photo)
- 3 tablespoons All-Natural Zero Calorie Sugar or regular sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Olive oil spray
Optional toppings:
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 2 teaspoons Tajín
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Season the watermelon with sugar and salt, and spray with olive oil.
- Place watermelon slices on the grill.
- Cook uncovered, for 3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
- Flip and grill an additional 3 minutes.
- Serve with desired toppings.
