Optional toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 2 teaspoons Tajín
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to high heat.
  • Season the watermelon with sugar and salt, and spray with olive oil.
  • Place watermelon slices on the grill.
  • Cook uncovered, for 3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
  • Flip and grill an additional 3 minutes.
  • Serve with desired toppings.
