Meal Prep: You can meal prep 2 ways. You can cook the healthy recipe completely then store for later, or make the kabobs and store for later in a freezer bag or container.
Storage: Will hold in the fridge for 5 days and the freezer for a month.
Reheating: Reheat in the microwave for 1-3 minutes, or in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until warmed through.

- 12-inch metal skewers
Ingredients
Chicken Kabobs Marinade Recipe:
- ⅓ cup soy sauce or Tamari for gluten-free
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce optional
Chicken Kabobs Recipe:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 orange bell pepper seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper seeded and cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion cut in 1-inch pieces
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together marinade.
- Add the cubed chicken to marinade and toss to coat.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30-60 minutes in the fridge.
- Thread the chicken onto the skewers alternating with pieces of bell pepper and red onion.
- Grill kebabs over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning often, until all sides of the chicken is well brown and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
