Meal Prep: This is a great meal prep recipe! You will want to chill the dish, so go ahead and make it a day or two before you plan on serving. Then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Storage: Will hold for 4-5 days in the fridge. Freezer storage is not recommended.

Equipment
- Rimmed Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 2 cups grapes any color
Sweetened Frozen Grapes Add:
- ½ cup monk fruit sweetener or sugar
Sour Candy Frozen Grapes Add:
- Juice of 1 lime
- ⅓ cup monk fruit sweetener or sugar
Boozy Frozen Grapes Add:
- 2 cups of Prosecco or your favorite white or rose wine
- ½ cup monk fruit sweetener or sugar
Instructions
Making Traditional Frozen Grapes:
- Wash your grapes thoroughly under cold water.
- Remove the stems from the grapes.
- Place the grapes in a single layer on a baking sheet or tray.
- Put the baking sheet or tray in the freezer and let the grapes freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
- Once the grapes are frozen, transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bag and store them in the freezer until you’re ready to eat them.
Making Flavored Frozen Grapes:
- Sweetened Frozen Grapes– toss 2 cups of grapes in 1/2 cup sugar or monk fruit sweetener before freezing.
- Sour Candy Frozen Grapes– toss 2 cups of grapes in the juice of 1 lime, them toss in 1/3 cup sugar or monk fruit sweetener before freezing.
- Boozy Frozen Grapes– soak the grapes in 2 cups of Prosecco (or your favorite white or rose wine) overnight in the fridge. Drain and toss in 1/2 cup sugar or monk fruit sweetener before freezing.
