Ingredients
Homemade Buffalo Sauce Ingredients:
- 1 cup Franks RedHot sauce
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Ingredients for Buffalo Cauliflower Bites:
- 1 head of cauliflower cut into bite sized florets
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- Olive oil spray

How to Make Homemade Buffalo Sauce:
- In a small bowl combine the ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and store in the fridge for up to one week.
How to Make Buffalo Cauliflower Baked:
- Preheat the oven to 450°, and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
- Add the cauliflower bites to the prepared baking sheet, and sprinkle with chili powder, garlic salt, and pepper. Spray with olive oil.
- Place in the oven, and bake for 15 minutes, until crispy.
- Remove from oven, and place in a large bowl. Pour homemade buffalo sauce over the baked cauliflower bites, and gently toss and sauce.
- Serve with homemade chunky blue cheese dip, or homemade ranch.
How to Make Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower:
- Preheat air fryer to 320°.
- Add the cauliflower bites, chili powder, garlic salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Toss well.
- Add the cauliflower to the air fryer (working in batches as needed.)
- Spray with olive oil, and cook for 10 minutes, until crispy.
- Remove from air fryer and and place back in the large bowl. Pour homemade buffalo sauce over the air fryer cauliflower bites, and gently toss and sauce.
- Serve with homemade chunky blue cheese dip, or homemade ranch.
