- 4 cups water

Low Calorie Cold Brew Coffee
Equipment
- Coffee grinder
- Large glass jar with lid
- Small strainer
- Cheesecloth
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole coffee beans
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Coarsely grind the coffee in a coffee grinder. The grounds should look like coarse cornmeal, not powder.
- Combine the coffee grounds and the water in a large glass jar. Stir together and cover.
- Place the coffee in the fridge for 12 hours.
- Line a small strainer with cheesecloth and place over a large measuring cup or bowl. Pour the coffee through the strainer.
- Clean out the large glass jar, and pour the coffee back into the clean jar. Cover and store in the fridge for up to a week.
