Instructions
Coarsely grind the coffee in a coffee grinder. The grounds should look like coarse cornmeal, not powder.
Combine the coffee grounds and the water in a large glass jar. Stir together and cover.
Place the coffee in the fridge for 12 hours.
Line a small strainer with cheesecloth and place over a large measuring cup or bowl. Pour the coffee through the strainer.
Clean out the large glass jar, and pour the coffee back into the clean jar. Cover and store in the fridge for up to a week.
