Everything You’ll Need
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon (or cinnamon stick)

Coffee Loophole Meal Prep and Leftover
Meal Prep: Brew the coffee ahead of time and add the honey. Mix well. You can also add the lemon and cinnamon at this time. Add to the fridge to chill. Will hold for 4 days in the fridge
Serve: I like to serve the meal prepped version cold, but you can also reheat on the stove, or in the microwave.
Leftovers: I like to add leftovers to ice cube molds, and freeze. Then I can use them as ice cubes and make the “meal prep” cold version of this drink later.

Ingredients
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 teaspoon honey (or zero calorie honey)
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon or cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Brew coffee, and while still hot add honey and mix well to distribute.
- Add in lemon juice and cinnamon and mix well.
- Serve hot, or over ice.
