This Low Calorie Oat Milk Latte is just 78 calories, plus it’s low sugar, low carb, and can be made 2 ways. It’s a copycat of the Starbucks Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte, and so yummy!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- ½ tablespoon Zero Calorie All-Natural Brown Sugar (see recipe card)
- ½ cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
- ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup oat milk (we like the Extra Creamy oat milk)

Healthy Oat Milk Latte Meal Prep and Storage
Meal Prep: You can meal prep these lattes easily. Make the drinks, skipping the ice, and add to jars (it’s ok if there is extra room). Then you can just add ice to the jars and serve.
Storage: Will hold for 5 days in the fridge.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Low Calorie Oat Milk Latte
Ingredients
- ½ tablespoon Zero Calorie All-Natural Brown Sugar (or more if you like it sweeter)
- ½ cup brewed espresso or strong coffee
- ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup oat milk (we like the Extra Creamy oat milk)
Instructions
Shaken Brown Sugar Iced Latte Directions:
- While the coffee or espresso is still hot, stir in the brown sugar and mix until dissolved. (You can microwave the coffee to warm if needed)
- Add the sweetened coffee, vanilla, and cinnamon to a cocktail shaker or jar. Fill with ice, cover and shake for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the ice and shaken coffee to a tall glass (if you shook in a jar, you can use that as you glass and skip this step).
- Pour over the oat milk, and serve.
Easy Brown Sugar Latte Directions:
- While the coffee or espresso is still hot, stir in the brown sugar and mix until dissolved.
- Fill a glass with ice, then pour in the sweetened coffee, top with oat milk, and serve.
