Healthy Arnold Palmer Drinks Make Ahead and Storage Tips
Make Ahead – Make the mocktail as directed (feel free to double or triple the amounts to make a large batch). Add to a large lidded jar, or pitcher. Place in the fridge to chill. To serve, mix well and pour over ice.
Refrigerated Drinks – Will hold in the refrigerator for 3 days.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Low Sugar Homemade Lemonade click for recipe
- 1 cup unsweetened iced tea see below for recipe
- 1 cup ice
- 1 mint sprig optional

Instructions
- Add the ice to a tall glass.
- Pour in the lemonade, then top with iced tea.
- Garnish with mint and lemon wedge, and serve.

Ingredients
- 8 cups water divided
- 6 black tea bags tags removed
Instructions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring 4 cups water to a simmer.
- Turn off the heat and add the tea bags. Allow to steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags, add the remaining 4 cups cold water to the pan.
- Cool until room temperature, then transfer the iced tea to a pitcher.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours before drinking.
