Low Calorie Watermelon Agua Fresca Recipe

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 4 cups fruit
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons zero calorie all natural sweetener (see recipe card below)
  • 3 cups water

Choose a Fruit (or a combination):

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 4 cups strawberries
  • 4 cups mango
  • 4 cups pineapple
  • 4 cups mixed berries

Healthy Agua Fresca Meal Prep and Storage

Meal Prep: You can meal prep (or make party pitchers) by making the drink and skipping the ice. Then cover (jars are great for this) and store for later.
Storage: Will hold for 2 days in the fridge, or add to the freezer for a month.
Serving: Pour over ice and enjoy.

Choose a Fruit (or a combination):

  • 4 cups cubed and seeded watermelon
  • 4 cups strawberries
  • 4 cups mango
  • 4 cups pineapple
  • 4 cups mixed berries

Instructions
 

  • Add the fruit, lime juice, all natural sweetener and 1 cup of the water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture into a pitcher and discard solids.
  • Add the remaining water to the pitcher and stir to combine. Chill until ready to serve, at least 12 hour.
  • Serve over ice, with a lime or lemon wedge (optional).
